Group Writing Coach
A Writing Coach will meet with your writing group or book club to present and teach how to write individual books or write collaboratively.
Business Writing Coach
A Business Writing Coach will help draft formal business plans, executive summaries, and marketing materials.
All of our service levels include
Work with the client to set measurable and achievable goals for writing. This includes identifying needs and assessing realistic scheduling for the writing project.
Offer emotional support specifically related to the writing experience. May include the following: getting organized, talking through meta concepts, forming a path to completion, and accountability to goals.
Identify problems with writing, research, and resources and help find solutions. Some common barriers include finding time to write, dealing with writer's block, and stimulating creativity.
Advise on one project determined by the client. Coaching will help focus large and sometimes complex writing projects into small bite-sized chunks. This helps define a clear path moving forward.
Provide guidance and feedback on research efforts for the writing project. This includes editorial feedback and organizational instruction.
Meet weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly schedule for accountability and progress check-in. Meetings are working sessions where we will discuss various project needs, including detailed minutia in the manuscript and high-level strategy.
